JAI BABA DHAWAJADHARI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We have a long name, Jai Baba Dhawajadhari Construction, but people in Koderma usually just know us by where we are. Our office is at Noorjahan Khatoon’s place in Mahabir Mohalla. It is a local neighborhood where kids play in the street and people sit outside their doors in the evening. We do our construction work from this small base. Koderma is famous for its hills and mining history, and we have been around here for quite a while. Our work involves a lot of coordination with local masons and suppliers. The office doesn't have much besides a few chairs and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. We aren't corporate people in suits. We are usually in dusty clothes because we spend more time at the sites than behind a desk. We talk to the neighbors and the local shopkeepers to get things done. Sometimes the materials arrive late because of the narrow roads in the Mohalla, but we make it work. It is a practical business. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing for a long time. It is a simple life here in Koderma, and we are just trying to do our part and earn a living through hard work.
