Convergys has an office at 20 2nd Cross in Kodihalli. If you are looking for us, we are located right behind Manipal Hospital and across from Leela Galleria in the Rustambagh area of Bangalore. It is a very well-known part of the city because of the hospital and the shops. The traffic around here can be a real nightmare, especially on Old Airport Road, but we are used to it by now. Our building is tucked away in the 2nd Cross, so it is a little bit quieter than the main road. We do a lot of service work and support from this branch. It is a fairly large operation compared to some of the smaller shops in the area. We have many people coming in for different shifts since the work doesn't really stop. The office inside is busy and there is always someone talking or typing. We have a break room where people hang out and eat their lunch brought from home. Being so close to Manipal Hospital means there are always plenty of autos and taxis around, which helps for the commute. We have been in this Kodihalli spot for a long time. It is a practical place to be because everyone knows the landmarks. We don't spend much time on decorations; we just keep the computers running and the staff busy with their daily queues.
