Avni Buildwell (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Koderma, specifically in a place called Badkibagi. We operate out of a property associated with Pushpa Devi and Devohri Ram. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy or complicated. We focus on build-well projects, which mostly means we spend our time managing laborers and making sure the materials arrive at the site in one piece. Koderma is a unique place to work, and being in Badkibagi means we are close to the people we serve. We aren't a massive company with a huge fleet of trucks. Usually, it's just a few of us making sure the foundations are dug right and the walls are straight. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning and fancy coffee. Our office is where the work happens. Sometimes the roads around here make it hard to get things moved, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. We take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job for everyone involved. It’s a lot of sweating in the sun and arguing over the price of bricks. We don't have a mission statement or a bunch of slogans. We just have a list of tasks that need to be finished by the end of the week. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us.
