Anjuabhay Superstructure Private Limited is based out of Jainagar in Koderma. Our address is care of Jagni Devi, who is the wife of Udan Yadav, in the Tarwan area. It’s a local setup, very much integrated into the neighborhood. We work on building structures. It’s the kind of work where you’re often out in the dirt and sun rather than sitting in a fancy air-conditioned room. We keep our operations simple. Our office is more of a place to handle the necessary paperwork and store some of our tools. Koderma is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we rely a lot on our reputation among the locals. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built in the past. We try to be fair and honest with everyone we deal with. The days can be long, especially when we are trying to finish a phase of a project before the rain starts. It’s just us and a few workers trying to make sure things are built right. Being in Tarwan means we are close to the community. We see our neighbors every day. We aren't some big city firm with thousands of employees. We’re just a small company trying to do a good job for the people around here. That is really all there is to it for us.
