Ananp Flour Mills Private Limited is our small operation in the village of Itkhori. We are set up at the place of Brahmdeo Prasad Keshari. It’s a quiet area, and everyone knows everyone else in the village. We focus on milling flour, which is a dusty and noisy business, but it's what we know how to do. The mill runs most of the day, grinding down grain for the local market. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just the mill and a small area for storage. Working in Itkhori means we are close to where the crops are grown. This makes sense for us because we don't have to transport the raw grain too far. The machines are old but they work well if you treat them right. We spend a lot of time maintaining the equipment and bagging the flour once it is ready. It’s a simple life out here. We don't have fancy titles or office meetings. We just show up, start the mill, and get to work. Sometimes the rain makes the roads to the village a bit difficult for the trucks, but we always find a way to get the flour out. People around here rely on us for their daily needs, so we try not to let the machines stay idle for too long. It is honest work that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We just stick to the flour and the village life.
