Alam Poly Clinic

If you are coming from the railway station on Hazaribagh Road, you’ll see our clinic right there. It’s a handy spot for people traveling because they can just hop off a train and walk over if they aren’t feeling well. The area stays pretty loud with the trains and the rickshaws always honking outside. Inside, we try to keep things a bit quieter. It’s a small poly clinic, so we don’t have space for a lot of extras. Just the basic rooms for consultations and a place for people to sit while they wait. The benches are wooden and a bit hard, but they do the job. We see a lot of different people, some just passing through and others who live right here in Hazaribagh. The staff knows how to handle the rush when a big train arrives. We deal with common fevers, stomach aches, and that kind of thing mostly. There is usually a bit of dust because of the road, so we are always wiping down the desks. It isn't a corporate setup where everything is perfect. We sometimes run out of forms or the fan makes a clicking noise, but we get the patients seen. It is just a regular clinic trying to help the local folks and the travelers. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just open the doors every morning and see who comes in needing help. There's no point in acting like we are more than we are.
