We are based at 3435, Karaikal Main Road in S Pudur. A lot of people know us because we are right near Shree Kuberan Sweets. It’s a good spot to be. We mostly work with cranes. It’s heavy work and it takes a lot of patience. Sometimes a machine breaks down at the worst possible time and we have to spend all night getting it back together. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a yard for the cranes and a small room where we keep the logs and the phone. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. We’ve got a few guys who have been operating these machines for years. They know the quirks of every crane we own. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just pick things up and put them where they need to go. It’s straightforward. The traffic on Karaikal Main Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We just take it one day at a time. If someone needs a lift, they come find us. We’ve been in S Pudur long enough that most of the local contractors have our number saved. It’s not a complicated life, just a busy one for us here on the main road, staying busy with the lifting work and keeping the cranes running.
