Oneness Solutions

We are based at No. 6 Wst Avenue in Kodambakkam. It is a nice enough spot, though the parking can be a real headache if you arrive after ten in the morning. Oneness Solutions is basically just a few of us working out of a modest office space. We have some old desks that have seen better days and a couple of whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and half-erased notes. It is not the kind of place where everything is perfect and tidy. We usually have a radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. Kodambakkam is a lively area, so there is always something happening outside on the street. Our day usually starts with a quick chat about what is on the agenda, followed by a lot of computer work. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem and end up spending way too long staring at the same screen, but that is just the nature of the work. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because it makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. There is a small shop nearby where we get our tea, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon break. It is a simple, no-frills way of working that seems to suit us just fine.
