Sapthagiri Physiotherapy Clinic

This clinic is located at No 210/2 on the Bypass Road in Kushalnagar. It's a pretty straightforward place. We spend most of our time working with folks on their exercises and how they move. The space isn't huge, but we have the equipment we need to get the work done. You'll find us here most days, working with people who have stiff backs or maybe a bum knee from an old injury. Kushalnagar is a nice area, and being on the Bypass Road makes it easy for people to find us without getting stuck in the middle of town traffic. The rooms are plain, just enough space for the mats and the tables. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just the usual charts. Sometimes the music is playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. It can get a bit sweaty in here when everyone is doing their exercises at the same time. We see all kinds of people, from young kids to grandpas. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks in. We mostly just focus on the stretches and the movements. It’s hard work for the patients, and we just guide them through it. If you're driving down Bypass Road, you'll see our sign. We've been at this spot for a bit, and we know the neighbors well. It's just a simple physiotherapy setup for the local community here in Kushalnagar.
