Kaira Poultry And Cattlefeeds Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No 24/3 and 24/4 in the KIADB Industrial Area at Kudlur. We have a couple of plots here where we keep the grain and the mixing machines. It’s a dusty place, as you might expect with animal feed. There are big bags stacked up everywhere. The industrial area is a bit out of the way, so it’s mostly just us and the other factories. We spend our time making sure the mix for the cattle and poultry is right. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and operating the grinders. The noise can be quite loud when the machines are all running at once. We’ve got a small office near the front gate, but we are rarely in there unless we are doing the accounts. Most of the time, we are out on the floor. Kudlur is a busy industrial hub, so there are always trucks coming in with raw materials. We’ve been operating here for several years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the feed is decent and the local farmers get what they need. Sometimes the power goes out, and everything stops, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out. It’s just a regular day of work for us. No fancy slogans, just bags of feed for the livestock.
