Design Ethics

We are based in Shop No 1 on the first floor of the Khaleghat Building. This is right on BM Road in Kushalnagar, Coorg. Being up on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of people. We handle design ethics, which means we focus on the right way to plan and decorate a space. Kushalnagar is a nice town, and we have been here at this location for some time now. Our shop is where we keep all our samples and where we sit down to draw out our ideas. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working space where we get our hands dirty. We spend a lot of our time visiting local sites or talking to carpenters and painters. BM Road is the main stretch here, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses. We don't do much promotional stuff. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign as they walk past. We try to use local materials when we can because it fits the style of Coorg better. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to get work done on time, but we just try hard to keep things moving. We are just local folks working in the design business, trying to do things the right way for our neighbors.
