Cardoza Coffee Estate Llp is based out of Richards Town, which is one of those parts of Bangalore North that still feels a bit like the old days. We are located on 17th Hall Road. It’s a quiet street, mostly residential, which is nice when you’re trying to get some actual work done without the constant honking of horns. Our connection to coffee goes back a bit, and having this spot as our base makes a lot of sense for us. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we keep our records and handle the business side of the estate. We spend a lot of time thinking about the crops and the logistics of moving coffee around. It’s a lot of physical paperwork and phone calls to people out in the fields. We don't really go for the high-tech office vibe. It’s more about wooden desks and files that have been around for a while. Living and working in Richards Town has its own rhythm. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We aren't looking to impress anyone with big signs or shiny lobbies. We just want to do our job well and keep the estate running like it should. It’s simple, honest work that we take pride in. We've been here for a while now and we like the peace.
