Ajb Bricks

Ajb Bricks is located over at 120/5/4 on Huzur Nagar Road. We are right by the Old Lice Road crossing. It’s an old part of the area and we’ve been here long enough that most of the local contractors know the way. We spend most of our days out in the yard moving pallets and checking the kilns. It’s hard work and the hours are long, especially in the summer. We make standard bricks for all kinds of construction around here. You can see our stacks from the road if you are driving past. It’s not a quiet place because of the machinery and the trucks coming in and out all day. We try to keep things organized but a brickyard is naturally a bit messy. There are always stacks of rejects in one corner and the good stuff ready for loading in the other. My uncle started this and now a few of us keep it going. We don’t do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps the orders coming in. People know our bricks are solid and that’s about all that matters in this trade. Sometimes we run low on stock when there's a big project nearby, so we have to work double shifts. It’s just the way it goes. We’re usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. If you need to find us, just look for the gates on Huzur Nagar Road near the crossing.
