You can find Z X Global Secruties Pvt Ltd over at the Jawahar Lal Nehru International Stadium in Kaloor. Our office is F-3104, which is right inside the stadium complex. It’s a bit of a walk to get to our door because the stadium is so huge, but it is an interesting place to work. When there is a big match or an event going on, the whole area gets incredibly crowded and loud, which keeps us on our toes. We mostly focus on finding security guards for different places around Kaloor and the rest of the city. Being based at the stadium means we are right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time interviewing men who want to work as guards and checking their backgrounds to make sure they are reliable. The office is usually full of paperwork and the sound of the stadium noise outside. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just know that people want to feel safe when they are at home or at their business. So, we find people who are willing to stand at a gate or walk a perimeter for eight hours at a time. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone shows up for their shift on time, even when the traffic in Kaloor is a total mess, which happens more often than not during the rainy season.
