Diaz Invest

Our place is situated right near the KSEB office in Varapuzha. Being so close to the electricity office means people are always passing by, which is nice because it makes the area feel lived-in. Diaz Invest isn't some big high-rise firm; we are just in a modest building with a heavy wooden door that sticks a bit when it's humid. Inside, you’ll find some old desks, a lot of paper files, and a few chairs for when people come in to talk. It is generally quiet here, which helps us think. Varapuzha is a calm place anyway, and we like that pace of life. We spend a lot of time looking at figures and talking to folks about their plans. We don't wear suits or anything like that; usually, it's just regular clothes because we are working with our neighbors and local people. Sometimes we go over to the tea shop across the road when we need a break from the paperwork. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which is the best time to be here. We’ve been in this spot for a while and most people in the area know us by name. It’s a straightforward business where we just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized. We aren't looking to expand into some giant entity, we just like it here. It works for us.
