Time Glass Media

Time Glass Media is situated on TD Road, near the North End. This is a very busy part of the city. There are shops for everything nearby, from hardware to electronics. Our office is upstairs. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs. Inside, we have some computers and screens set up for editing and media work. It’s often dark inside because we keep the curtains drawn to see the monitors better. It feels a bit like a cave sometimes. We drink way too much coffee. There is a small balcony where we go to see the street below. The traffic on TD Road never really stops. You can hear the horns and the buses all day long. We have a few old cameras sitting on a shelf that we don't use much anymore, but they look nice. It’s a creative space, but not in a forced way. It’s just where we do our thing. We have wires running across the floor that we keep tripping over. We should really tape them down one of these days. Most of us have been working together for years. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It’s a very informal setup. We stay late into the night quite often when a deadline is close. It’s just how the media life goes. We have a small fridge that makes a loud buzzing sound every twenty minutes, but we just ignore it now.
