Spices Board

Our office is at Sugandha Bhavan, which is right on the NH By-Pass in Palarivattom Po. Being in Kochi, specifically this part of Kerala, means we are right in the thick of things. The address is 682 025 if you're writing it down. Spices Board has been here a long time. The bypass is always busy with cars and lorries going back and forth, so there's a lot of noise outside, but inside we just carry on. It's a solid building. We have people coming in and out all day. Some are locals, some come from further away in Kerala. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do what needs to be done. The weather here can be quite something, especially during the monsoon, but the building holds up well. We've got a lot of history in this spot. Most of the staff here have lived in Kochi their whole lives. We know the area like the back of our hands. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. It feels more like a place where real work happens. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs doing next. It’s practical. We don't spend time on things that don't matter. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them straight. No need for big words or complicated explanations. We’re just here doing our job and trying to stay productive.
