Sparkle Homes

Sparkle Homes is located on the first floor of KV 36, which is on 7th Cross Road in Panampilly Nagar. It is a pretty well-known part of Kochi, and we like being here. Our office isn't anything grand. It is just a workspace where we coordinate things for people's houses. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. Since we are on the first floor, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which is nice. Panampilly Nagar has a lot of trees and it’s a pleasant area to work in. We aren't a massive company with branches everywhere. We are just a small local team. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and paperwork, but we know where everything is. People usually find us because they live nearby or a friend mentioned us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website with lots of effects. We just do our work and go home. If you are looking for us, look for the KV 36 building. The stairs are right there at the entrance. It can get a bit busy on the weekends around here, but during the week it is mostly just us and the other local businesses. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words. We just handle the tasks that come our way every day. The neighborhood has a good vibe and we feel at home here.
