Seven Star Plywoods & Block Boards

We are located in Perumbavoor. This is a busy area known for timber, and our shop is right in the middle of that activity. Every day, we deal with a lot of plywood and block boards. It’s a dusty job, and there is always the sound of wood being moved around or loaded onto trucks. We spend most of our time in the yard, checking the stacks to make sure everything is where it should be. People from around here come to us when they are building a new cupboard or fixing a ceiling. We don't have a fancy office; it’s mostly just a desk and some chairs where we handle the bills. Most of the staff have been around wood all their lives, so we know how to handle the sheets without damaging the edges. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult because we have to keep everything under the sheds. If a big delivery comes in, the whole place gets a bit cramped for a few hours. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the loaders know which pile to take from. It is hard work, especially when the humidity is high, but it’s what we do. We know many of our customers by name since they’ve been coming here for years. It’s a simple, local business and we just keep at it every single day.
