We've been over here at Mathewsons Square in Edappally for a bit now. If you know the High School Junction, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is up on the third floor, specifically in the D 8-10 section. Sevana Trades & Services Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us doing our daily work. We handle various trades and services that people in the area need. It’s not a huge fancy setup, just a practical space where we get things done. Most days start with the sound of traffic from the junction downstairs. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some people find the stairs to the third floor a bit much, but it’s a good spot for us. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here likes complicated paperwork or long-winded explanations. When someone comes in, we just talk to them like normal people. It’s how we’ve always operated. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the service side of things runs okay. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times it’s hectic, especially when the junction is backed up. We just keep at it, dealing with whatever comes across our desks that day. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the tasks that are required of us. That's pretty much what life is like for us here in Edappally.
