Our office is located at Xl/216, B-2, in Layam Square on Layam Road. It’s a decent spot in the city, and the square usually has a lot of people coming in for different businesses. We have our lab set up here where we spend most of our time doing research and testing out different things. It’s a very quiet place compared to the street outside, mostly because everyone is focused on their microscopes or their notebooks. We aren't a big, flashy operation with a lot of glass and chrome. Our desks are covered in samples and scientific equipment, and there is always a stack of journals sitting in the corner. We spend a lot of time checking our data and making sure we didn't miss anything. It can be a bit tedious, but it’s what we do. We usually have our lunch together in the small break room, talking about anything but work for a few minutes. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or we have to wait a long time for a specific chemical to arrive, but we just find other things to do in the meantime. We’ve been on Layam Road for a while and we like the neighborhood. We don't have a PR team or a big advertising budget. We just show up every morning, put on our lab coats, and get to work on whatever the day’s project happens to be.
