Our office is located at No. 43/4114 A, on the first floor. We are right at the Puthiya Road Junction in Thammanam. It’s a busy area, especially during the school run or evening commute. We specialize in fire safety equipment, so our shelves are full of red extinguishers and various types of sensors. The office is a bit cramped because we have to store a lot of stock here. We spend a good part of our day out at customer locations, so the office is often quiet in the afternoons. When we are here, we are usually on the phone or filling out service logs. It’s a simple space with basic furniture and a few posters about fire safety on the walls. We’ve been at this junction for a long time, and we know many of the other shop owners nearby. We don't have a big marketing plan; people just know we are here when they need their equipment checked. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit worn out, but they get you there. Sometimes the traffic at the junction makes it hard for us to park our delivery vehicle. We just have to be patient and wait for a gap. We don't use any fancy management tools, just a few notebooks and a basic computer. It’s a small, local business that focuses on doing a reliable job.
