Macro Security Force Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Rajkamal Building, which is number 66/3931 on M.G. Road. It’s a pretty central location, so there’s always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become a second home for most of us. We handle security for various spots around town. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure people show up for their shifts and have their uniforms sorted. We aren't a massive company with a thousand employees, just a dedicated crew working out of this building. M.G. Road is always packed, so getting in and out can be a bit of a hassle sometimes, but it’s worth it to be where the action is. Our team spends most of their time on their feet. We try to keep things very down-to-earth. There’s no big fancy lobby here, just a desk and some filing cabinets. We talk to the guards every day and listen to their concerns. It’s important to know what’s happening on the ground. People come to us because they know we’re right here in the neighborhood. We don’t use flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just seeing us around or hearing about us from the shop next door. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. That’s just the way it is on M.G. Road. We usually grab lunch from the vendors downstairs.
