We’ve been at Penta Estate for a while now. The ground floor spot at B2 is where we handle all the audio-visual and security stuff. Most days are busy with cables and cameras. People usually drop by Palarivattom when they need a system set up or fixed. It's not a fancy office, but it works for what we do. We mostly just focus on getting things hooked up right so they actually work. Sometimes it’s a big project, other times it’s just one person needing a small repair. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Being on the ground floor makes it easier for people to find us without wandering around. We usually have a few guys out on sites and a couple of us staying back at the shop to answer the phone or look at equipment. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We don’t really do much advertising because word of mouth keeps us going. If someone has a problem with their security setup, they just come by and we see what’s going on. We try to keep things simple here. There’s always some new piece of tech coming out, so we spend a lot of time just figuring out how it all fits together. It is practical work. We like being in this part of town since it’s easy to get to other areas from here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here.
