Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our office is located at Pranavam, which is part of Kallepuram House in the Changampuzhanagar area. This is over in South Kalamasery, Ernakulam. It’s a bit of a local landmark if you know the neighborhood. We operate as Larsen & Toubro Limited from this spot. The building has a bit of a traditional feel, which we actually quite like. It’s not a cold, glass-and-steel structure. It feels like a place where people have been working for a long time. Inside, it’s pretty simple. We have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other easily. There are stacks of paper and technical manuals scattered around because we’re always looking things up. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a basic kettle. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local requirements and making sure our reports are sent out on time. The humidity here in Ernakulam can be a bit much, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate jargon here. We just talk like regular people and get the tasks done. It’s a solid, reliable place to work. We appreciate being in this part of South Kalamasery because it feels like a real community. We just focus on the work at hand and go home at the end of the day.
