Trichur Surgicals

We are located in the Mes Building on Judges Avenue. It is a pretty well-known spot in Kaloor, especially being so close to the Town Hall and Pvs Hospital. Because of where we are, we see a lot of people coming and going from the hospital area. Our shop deals with surgical supplies, so it is usually a bit hectic. We have shelves packed with all sorts of things, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. We aren't a big chain or anything. It is just a local shop run by people who have been in the trade for a while. We don't wear uniforms and we don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just say hello and help them find their items. The traffic on Judges Avenue is almost always bad, but people still make their way to us. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone calls ahead with an emergency. It's a bit dusty with all the boxes, but we try to keep it organized. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone’s doctor or a nurse tells them to come over here. We just try to have the right things on the shelves when they walk in. It's not a complicated business model, but it has kept us going all these years.
