You can find us on the ground floor at No. Xi/ 891 A in Thuthiyoor. We are right near the Csez P. O area. It’s a practical location for moving products in and out. The space is filled with health-related items, and it can feel a bit cramped when we get a large shipment. We aren't trying to be a fancy showroom. It’s more of a functional workspace where things get packed and labeled. There’s usually three or four of us here at any given time. We spend most of our mornings checking what went out the day before and seeing what needs to happen next. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in traffic near the post office, which can be frustrating, but we deal with it. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People find out about us mostly by word of mouth or because they saw our address on a list somewhere. We try to keep things running smoothly, though sometimes the phone won't stop ringing and we get a bit behind. That’s just life in a small business. We don't use a lot of jargon or complicated talk. We just tell people what we have in stock and how much it costs. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it keeps things simple for everyone involved here.
