Food Hospitality Media

Food Hospitality Media is based in Kadavanthra, right on K. P. Vallon Road. We are in the Chingam building. It’s a busy area of Kochi, and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our work involves a lot of looking at screens and talking about the food and hotel world. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and chairs and too many charging cables. K. P. Vallon Road is a main stretch, so the sound of horns and traffic is pretty much the background music to our day. We spend a lot of time writing or coordinating things for the hospitality sector. It’s a small group of us here. Sometimes we are out visiting places, but mostly we are right here in Kadavanthra. The building itself is easy enough to find. We don't have a polished corporate image; we just do our work and drink a lot of tea. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there is a lot of news to cover or people to reach out to. Being in the middle of Kochi is good because everything is close, even if the traffic makes it feel far away sometimes. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep up with everything going on in the food scene. It’s a lot of mundane work that goes into what we do. We sit around the small table, figure out the next story or update, and just keep at it until the day ends. The Chingam building has its own quirks, like the elevator that takes its time, but we don't mind much. It's just part of being here.
