We are based right here in Kochi. Being in the city means things move fast, and there's always something going on outside our windows. Jk Medical Systems is a small team and we spend our days dealing with various medical equipment and systems that hospitals use. It’s not just about selling things, it’s mostly about understanding how the machines work and making sure they stay running. Kochi is a busy place for healthcare, so we stay occupied. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some spare parts, and a lot of manuals. We drink a lot of tea while we look over technical drawings. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel a bit slow, but we keep at it. We’ve been part of the local scene for a while now. Most of us live nearby and deal with the same Kochi traffic every morning. It's a practical job. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone and trying to help a client figure out what’s wrong with their equipment. We like the work because it feels useful. When a hospital gets their system back up and running because of something we did, it feels like a good day’s work. That’s what we do here in Kochi, day in and day out.
