We are situated over at Plot No. 16a/1 in the CSEZ area of Kakkanad. Hll Lifecare Ltd has been operating from this industrial zone for a long time. It’s a bit different from being in a residential neighborhood because the whole area is filled with other companies and warehouses. You get used to the sound of trucks and the security checks at the gates. Our building is pretty straightforward. Inside, it’s all about the work we do every day. We don’t have fancy lounges or anything like that. It’s a lot of practical space for what we need to accomplish. Many of us have been working here for years, so we’ve seen the way Kakkanad has grown around the special economic zone. The commute can be a bit long for some of the staff, but the site itself is a good place to work. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things running smoothly. There isn’t much talk about "missions" or "visions" in our hallways. We mostly talk about the weather or how the local football team is doing. It’s a very grounded environment. We deal with a lot of logistics and technical stuff that keeps us busy from morning until evening. It’s a professional place but it feels like a community because we’ve all been through the same busy seasons together.
