Gr Associates

Our place, Gr Associates, is inside Gore Chambers on GK Avenue in Mattancherry. It is an old part of town with a lot of history and the building reflects that. We have high ceilings and windows that let in a lot of dust along with the sunlight. Working in Mattancherry is interesting because of all the activity around us. We handle various business associations and paperwork that most people would find a bit boring. It involves a lot of reading through documents and making sure the stamps are in the right places. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us here. We sit at our desks and drink tea while we go through the files. Sometimes the fans overhead make a clicking noise that we have just learned to ignore over the years. We don't have a website that looks like it cost a fortune because we don't really need one. Most of the people we work with know where to find us in Gore Chambers. It is a quiet kind of life, mostly. We keep things organized as best as we can, though the stacks of paper seem to grow on their own sometimes. We just keep plugging away at it day after day. It is a steady way to make a living in a nice part of the city. Usually, we close up exactly on time so we can get home before the traffic gets too bad.
