Game House

Game House is on the ground floor of the Penta Menaka building on Shanmugham Road here in Ernakulam. If you know the area, you know Penta Menaka is a busy place. We are right there on the ground floor, so people walk past us all day long. Inside, it's full of boxes, consoles, and discs. We have a lot of stuff crammed into a small area. It can get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we know where everything is. The air conditioning in the building helps because it gets quite hot outside on Shanmugham Road. We spend our time talking to people about what games they like or fixing up old controllers. We aren't a big corporate outlet. It’s just a place for people who like games. We have some posters on the walls that have been there for years. Some days we just sit and wait for the afternoon rush. We don't do big fancy advertisements. Most people find us because they are already in Penta Menaka looking for electronics. We try to be helpful without being pushy. It’s a decent way to spend the day. If you are around Ernakulam, you've probably seen our shop. We are just a local business doing our thing on the ground floor. We’ve seen many stores come and go in this building, but we are still here. It’s just about being around and doing the work.
