Cadillac Lifts Escalators

Our office is located on the second floor of Friends Arcade, at No. 39/3293/C. We are right on Ksn Menon Road, very close to the South Over Bridge. It is a busy part of town, which makes sense for a business that deals with lifts and escalators. We spend most of our time thinking about how to keep machines moving smoothly between floors. Our workspace is pretty basic, mostly filled with technical manuals, tools, and some spare parts we keep on hand. We aren't a corporate giant with a shiny office; we are more of a technical team that gets our hands dirty. When an elevator breaks down in a nearby building, one of us has to go out and figure out if it is a motor problem or something with the wiring. It can be a bit cramped working in lift shafts, and it’s definitely not a clean job. We have been in this location for a good while, and most of the building owners around here know us. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just rely on the fact that we know our way around a lift motor. It is practical, everyday work that keeps people from having to walk up ten flights of stairs. We just show up, do the maintenance, and make sure everything is safe. It is a simple business run by people who understand mechanics.
