33 Heritage Avenue

Our place, 33 Heritage Avenue, is located at Door No. I/514. We are in the Mig 33 section of Fort Nagar. It’s a residential-style area, so it feels a bit more like a home than a big corporate office. We’ve been at this address for quite a while. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we like. It’s mostly families and people who have lived here for years. Our building is easy to spot once you get into the Fort Nagar streets. We don't have a big reception desk or uniform-wearing staff. It’s just us. We manage the property and the business from here. Sometimes we are out front tending to the small garden area, or we are inside handling the accounts. It’s a very practical setup. The rooms are laid out simply. We don't go for anything too modern or flashy. We like the traditional feel of the place. Being in Mig 33 means we are close to the main parts of town but far enough away that the noise doesn't bother us. We have a lot of regular visitors who know the way. If you’re coming for the first time, just look for the door number I/514. It’s painted clearly on the gate. We’re usually around during the day. If not, one of the neighbors usually knows where we’ve gone. It’s that kind of place. We keep things clean and tidy but it's a lived-in space. It has a bit of history to it, like most of the buildings around here.
