Our office is Fact Engineering And Design Organisation, and we are based in Kochi. The house is called Blayi Parambil House, and it is in a spot called Hill Haven. This is in Koonamthai, which falls under the Edappally North PO area. The pincode here is 682024. Kochi is a beautiful place, but Edappally can get very crowded with all the new malls and traffic. Our little corner in Hill Haven is a bit more tucked away. It is an old-style house that we use for our engineering and design work. It doesn't look like a modern tech office from the outside. It looks like a home. Inside, we have our drafting tables and computers set up. We like the atmosphere here because it is not as sterile as a glass building. The trees around the house provide some shade, which is nice during the Kerala summers. We have been in this spot for a long time. People in Koonamthai know the Blayi Parambil House. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It is just us doing the design work. Sometimes the rain in Kochi makes it hard to get out, but we just keep working. It is a steady life here in Edappally. We take things as they come and try to do a good job from our home base.
