You can find M M International over at the Essar Building, specifically at No. 24/500 on G. V. Iyer Road in W. Island. It’s a decent-sized building and we’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about the commute anymore. W. Island is a busy place with a lot of movement, especially with the docks and all the transport going on. Our office is just one of many in this block. It’s a bit of a maze inside the building if you aren’t used to it, but our number is clearly marked on the door. We handle a lot of paperwork and logistics here. It’s not the most exciting work to look at, but it’s important to keep everything moving. The windows look out over the road, so we see a lot of the daily traffic. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We don’t really have a lot of visitors, mostly just people dropping off documents or the mailman. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks can get a bit cluttered with files and notes. It’s just how it is when you’re trying to stay on top of everything. We’ve got a small team and we’ve worked together for years. We know how each other likes to work, which makes the days go by a bit faster. There is always a pot of tea on the small table near the corner.
