We are located on the first floor of Ruquia Chamber on Td Road. It is Room Number 40/5476. Ernakulam is a fast-moving city, and Td Road is often jammed with traffic and people. Our office is a bit of a refuge from all that noise, though you can still hear the horns honking outside throughout the day. Since we deal in trading, someone is always on the phone or computer. The office is quite small, and we have samples of different products scattered all over the place. It is definitely not a high-end showroom. A few old desks and a filing cabinet that has seen better days make up most of our furniture. Having been in this building for quite some time, we know most of the other people who work on this floor. It is a friendly enough environment to work in. Usually, we start quite early to avoid the worst of the humidity. Our small team handles everything from orders to shipping details. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or with the transport, and we just have to be patient. Making big promises we cannot keep is not our style. We just try to get the goods where they need to go without much fuss. It is a simple business, and we are happy enough with it.
