Emdee Engineering Builders

Emdee Engineering Builders is on the first floor of the Kattiparambil Buildings. We are right next to Ragam Stores on Anjumana Road in Cochin. This is part of the 682018 area. It’s a busy little neighborhood. We’ve been doing our engineering and building work from this office for quite a while. The office isn’t huge, but it has enough space for our desks and all the drawings we need for our projects. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, but this office on Anjumana Road is where we start our day. We know this road like the back of our hand now. It’s nice being above the stores because there is always some life and movement around. We don’t have a fancy corporate look. We are more comfortable in our work clothes than anything else. Building things is what we know how to do best. We mostly talk about bricks, cement, and how much steel we need for a certain job. It is a very practical way to make a living. We have helped build several things around Cochin over the years. People in the area know us and they know our work. We are just regular folks who happen to be in the building trade. If you come by, you’ll find us working hard on the next set of plans. We don’t overcomplicate things. We just take on a job and see it through until the building is finished.
