Ecomatt Building Products is located at Puthen Malika, Paliam, in Chendamangalam. It’s a nice area, quite different from the busy and loud city centers you see elsewhere. We handle a variety of materials used in construction. Our building is an old-style place that fits in well with the rest of the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone focused on sales pitches. We just have a yard and a small office where we keep the books and the phone. The work is mostly about managing the inventory and making sure people get what they ordered for their new houses. In Chendamangalam, everyone kind of knows everyone else. We get a lot of locals coming by to ask about materials or just to see what we have in stock. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. If we have the item, we tell you the price. If we don't, we tell you that too without any fuss. The Paliam area has a lot of history, and we like being part of the community here. It’s not a high-pressure environment like those big corporate offices. We work at a steady pace every day. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s an honest way to run a business. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just provide building products. That's what the sign says and that's what we do.
