Decoritte is tucked away on Erattakulangara Road in Pachalam. Our office is number 45/1639 A. It’s a quiet street for the most part, away from the main city rush. We handle a lot of the paperwork and planning from this admin office. It’s not a very big space, just a few desks and some samples of materials we use for our projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at sketches and blueprints. The office is usually filled with the smell of coffee and piles of paper. People in Pachalam know us as the local spot for getting things organized for their homes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything fancy. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a straightforward operation. Sometimes the files get a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is kept. We like being in this part of town. It feels like a real community where everyone knows each other. When people come in, we just sit down and talk about what they need for their space. There aren’t any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show what can be done and let them decide. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far in this little corner of Pachalam.
