Cochin Hospital

Cochin Hospital is located right where M G Road and Durbar Hall Road meet in Ernakulam. It’s a busy corner of the city. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite some time, and it shows its age in a few spots, but it’s sturdy. Being on M G Road means we are easy to find, though parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Most people just take an auto or the bus to get here. Inside, the hallways are a bit narrow and the floors are that old-style tile. We have different departments spread across the floors. The staff here at Cochin Hospital have been around for years; some have spent their whole careers in these halls. We don't have flashy signs or a big lobby with coffee shops. It’s just a place where doctors see patients. We get people from all over Ernakulam and even some who travel in from the islands. Durbar Hall Road is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the honking from the windows sometimes. It’s a very urban setting. We just try to keep things organized so people aren’t waiting forever. It’s a straightforward medical facility without the extra fluff you see in the newer private centers. We just do our work here on M G Road and try to help the people who walk through the doors. It’s a simple, honest operation.
