Our branch of Muthoot Finance Ltd. is in Kochi, specifically on the second floor of Muthoot Chambers. We are right opposite the Saritha Theatre on Banerji Road, which is a very well-known spot in the city. Because of the location, there is always a lot of activity outside, with people going to the movies or shopping nearby. The office itself is usually quite busy with customers coming in to talk about gold loans or other financial matters. We spend our time sitting behind the counters or in the back office handling the accounts. It is a lot of counting and checking documents to make sure everything is in order. The building is pretty large, and being on the second floor means we get a lot of people walking up the stairs. It can get a bit loud during peak hours, but we are used to the noise of Banerji Road by now. We have been at this Kochi location for a long time, so most of the regulars know exactly where to find us. We don't have much time for small talk, as there is always another person waiting or a file that needs to be processed. We take our lunch breaks in turns so the office never stays empty. It is a practical, hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on getting the financial tasks done for everyone who walks in every day.
