Aster Medcity Hospital

Aster Medcity Hospital sits on Kuttisahib Road, quite close to the Kothad Bridge in the South Chittoor area of Cheranelloor. It is a large facility right by the water, which gives a bit of a breeze on hot days. We have a lot of ground to cover here because the hospital is spread out over several buildings. People come from all over the Cheranelloor area to see us. The road can get a bit busy near the bridge, but there is usually plenty of space once you get onto the hospital grounds. We have different wings for different types of care. It is a big place, so we have a lot of signs to help people find where they need to go. The staff is always on the move. We handle emergencies and also regular surgeries. It is a 24-hour operation, so the lights never really go out. We have a cafeteria for the families and plenty of waiting areas. It isn’t a fancy place, just a very busy one focused on medical care. Sometimes the humidity from being near the water makes things feel a bit sticky, but we have fans and cooling. We just focus on the daily tasks, like checking vitals and making sure everyone is getting their meals and medicine. It is a lot of work to keep a place this size running, but we just take it one shift at a time. We are just here for the people who need us.
