We’ve been here at Lal Salam Road in Ponnurunni for a while now. The office is right in Vyttila. It’s a busy spot, but we like it. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure the staff knows where to go. People stop by sometimes asking for help with different things. We try to keep things organized but you know how it is when the rain starts in Ernakulam. Everything slows down. We started this because we saw a need for extra hands around here. It isn't anything fancy. Just a small office with a couple of desks and a phone that rings quite a bit. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shut the windows just to hear each other. We deal with various service requests daily. Some are easy, some take more time than we thought. We just get on with it. It’s mostly local people working here. We know the shortcuts around Vyttila to get to places faster. The address is 53/3933 if you ever need to find the building. It’s tucked away but visible enough. We don’t have a big sign or anything. Just the name on the door. It’s a job and we take it seriously enough, but we don't pretend to be some giant corporation. We’re just Amicare Services. We've got bills to pay like everyone else. Mostly, we just want to get the work done and go home to our families at the end of the day. It is what it is.
