Our office is in the Lourde Centre in Aluva. It's a fairly well-known building in this part of town. Being an agency means we are always on the move. There are always boxes coming in or being sent out to different parts of the district. It is a lot of logistics. The space in Lourde Centre is where we keep all the records and handle the administrative side of things. It’s not a very quiet office. Between the phones ringing and the staff discussing delivery routes, there is always some noise. We have been operating out of Aluva for quite some time now. The town has grown a lot, and the traffic near the bridge can be a nightmare, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We are just a local agency that knows our customers by name. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually where the real planning happens. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly, but we eventually get everything sorted out. Our desks are covered in notebooks and pens because we still like writing things down. It feels more reliable that way. Most of the people working here have stayed with us for a long time. It feels more like a small community than just a company. We just keep our heads down and make sure the goods get where they need to go.
