We’ve been based out of Plot No.24 in the Cochin Special Economic Zone for quite some time now. Kakkanad is a busy place, especially with all the security checks you have to go through to get into the zone every morning. It’s just how things work here. A B Mauri Private Limited isn't some fancy high-rise office; it’s a practical workspace where we get things done. Some days it gets pretty hot in the warehouse area, but we’re used to it. The staff mostly comes from around Cochin, so there’s a lot of local talk during lunch breaks. We spend a lot of our time looking at schedules and making sure the trucks are loaded right. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our daily routine. Usually, you’ll find someone fixing a machine or checking the inventory lists near the back. We don't really do much in the way of big events. We just focus on the work at hand and head home when the shift is over. The rain in Kakkanad can be a real pain during the monsoon, sometimes the yard gets a bit muddy, but we manage. People know where to find us if they need anything. It’s just a straightforward operation. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s basically where most of our planning happens. No big speeches, just regular people working in a regular industrial plot. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know our names.
