There are no polished speeches here. We just talk about the work that needs to get done. Kishanganj is a unique place with its own set of challenges, especially with the rain and the geography. We understand how to work with those conditions. The office at College More is where we meet and plan our next steps. We are not a massive corporation with a bunch of rules. We just follow common sense and try to be reliable. Most of our guys are from Kishanganj or nearby towns in Bihar. We like working here because it is home. We don't put out brochures with empty promises. If we say we are going to do something, we just go out and do it. The building on KTT Road is easy to spot. We are usually there during the day, unless we are out at a site checking on progress. It is a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us.
