We started Sayeed Asad Construction Private Limited right here in Motihara Taluka. It’s a quiet place near Kishanganj and we’ve been part of this community for a while now. Abdul Rahamn’s place is where we handle the paperwork and meet people. Building things around here isn't always easy because the roads can be rough and supplies take time to arrive, but we make it work. We just do the job that needs doing, whether it's a small wall or something bigger for a neighbor. Most of the guys working with us live nearby, so they know the land well. We don't have a big fancy office in the city. Instead, we work out of the village. It keeps us close to the projects. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of the schedule, especially when the rain starts, but that's just how it goes here. We try to be honest about how long things take. People know where to find us if there's a problem. We don't spend money on big signs or ads because word of mouth is usually enough in a place like this. Dealing with local materials and local hands makes the most sense to us. It’s just us trying to build solid stuff for the folks around Kishanganj without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been at it for a bit and plan to stay around. It is simple work, really. We don't mind the long hours or the dust. It's just part of being in construction in a rural area like this.
