Empreo Resources Development India

Over here in Kishanganj, we have set up Empreo Resources Development India on Majhia Road in the Dharamganj area. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have going on. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of local people who wanted to focus on development right here in our own town. Kishanganj has its own way of doing things, and we try to work within that. Our office is a simple place where we gather to talk about resources and how they can be used better around here. We don't like using a lot of business jargon because it doesn't really mean much to the people we work with every day. We prefer talking in plain English or the local language. We spend our time looking at what the community needs and trying to find practical ways to provide it. It isn't always glamorous work. Sometimes it's just a lot of phone calls and sitting through meetings that go on too long. But staying local is the right choice for us. We don't want to be some distant organization that nobody knows. People on Majhia Road see us every day, and they know we are just like them. We have our struggles, like anyone else, but we keep showing up because we want to see this place do well. It’s just us doing our bit for Kishanganj, without any of the extra fluff you see elsewhere.
