If you go down TP Chatram Road in Kilpauk, you will find us at number 71. This part of the city is always full of people going to the hospitals nearby. Our shop fits right into that scene. We focus on orthopedic things, like braces and supports and stuff for bones. It is a small storefront, and we have lived in this neighborhood for a long time. The street is narrow, and if a big truck comes through, everything stops for a minute. Inside the shop, we have cabinets full of different sizes of supports. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out which one fits them best. It's not a quick process, and we don't try to rush it. The walls are lined with boxes, and we have a small stool for people to sit on while they try things on. It’s a modest setup, nothing like the big showrooms in the malls. We like it this way because it’s easier to talk to people. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door when it’s heavy, so we keep a bucket handy. We are just a local business trying to keep the shelves stocked with what the doctors usually ask for. Most of our day is spent reorganizing the boxes and chatting with the people who walk in off the street.
